The following units are currently available for rent :
All units at North Forest Apartments are rented at this time. You may submit an application and be placed on our wait list, or you may contact us about other properties. Call Mark at 778-6809.
All units have washer dryer hook-ups, a self cleaning range, built in microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with ice-maker, a pantry, Central Air and Heat, Berber carpet and ceramic tile, fresh paint. Units are cable ready and can support Internet service either through Charter Cable or DSL connection.
Units are painted and thoroughly cleaned between tenants.
Locks are changed between each tenant for your added safety.
If you are interested in another unit, please check back from time to time. You may also fill out an application and place you name on out waiting list.

All units require a one year lease and a completed application with a background and credit check. You can obtain an application by using the “apply” button. Compleete the application and call us if you want to see a unit when it comes available.
